VTOL Technologies Ltd's strategy is to enhance its leadership position in bespoke design and prototype manufacture of autonomous systems/unmanned vehicles, within a design envelope defined by payload/range/size. Our aim is to address a range of applications for European & North American markets.

Strategic Business Filter

VTOL Technologies Ltd is seeking to engage in projects that satisfy its Strategic Filter and Business Concept. The development of autonomous vehicles is a long term venture that demands high up-front investment and changes to regulatory requirements, which can only be addressed through major multi-national corporations with the necessary resources. VTOL Technologies Ltd is seeking partners in the autonomous vehicle market. The Company can support a small number of leading aerospace & defence manufacturers or industrial corporations.

The following set of ‘filter’ questions will enable both parties to quickly assess the suitability of any prospective projects that VTOL Technologies Ltd could engage upon:

· Can VTOL leverage our total product design, simulation and test engineering capabilities?

· Can VTOL utilise our existing UK supplier base?

· Does the potential solution utilise 60%+ (derivative) of the existing project knowledge/capabilities?

· Does this project provide an opportunity for VTOL Technologies Ltd to acquire IP and/or receive product royalties in due course?

· Is the project contract substantial and of a minimum period of 2 years.
